Sheila Reed -
Principal
Mrs.
Reed holds a degree in Elementary Education
and a certification in Library and Information
Science from McNeese University as well as a
Master's Degree in Educational Leadership
with a major in Principalship from McNeese. Mrs.
Reed
began her teaching career in 1993 at Northside
Christian School in Crowley and also taught at
Basile Middle School before coming to Bethel in
2000. She took over the leadership of the
school as principal in the summer of 2005.
Mrs. Reed and her husband, Ralph Reed, have four children.
They enjoy spending time together as a family
camping, swimming, and gardening. They are also
active members of
Bethel Ministries.

Jeff Tyson - Asst.
Principal
Mr. Tyson holds
degrees in Applied Electronics from
Bishop State College, Multi-Discipline
degree in Mathematics and Computer
Science from Liberty University, and a
Master degree in Christian Counseling
Psychology from Southwest Bible College.
He began teaching in 1992 and served as
Principal at Oberlin Covenant Christian
School until 2000. He has been at Bethel
since 2004 and is presently serving
as Assistant Administrator, Bible and
Computer Teacher. Mr. Tyson was ordained
into the ministry in 1987 and is an
Associate pastor at Oberlin Covenant
Church.
Mr. Tyson's wife,
Fran, is the Lady Eagles' coach. They
have four children and two
grandchildren. They enjoy camping,
vacations and the mountains with family
and friends. He enjoys computers and she
enjoys music.
